At FLERIXE, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to assist you.

1. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Timeframe: You must request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email us at shop@flerixe.com for instructions on how to process your refund.
  • Required Information: Please provide your full name, order number, the email used at the time of purchase, and photos/videos if the item is defective.

Note: A $7 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for any returned items. For orders over $100, a 10% restocking fee will be applied.

3. Defective or Lost Items

  • Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will process a full refund or offer a free replacement if the concern is raised within 30 days of delivery.
  • Lost Items: If your order is lost in transit and cannot be recovered within 30 days of placement, we will either reship the item or issue a full refund.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Worldwide Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, as we do not provide prepaid return labels. The item must be sent to our returns address at the customer’s cost.

Important: We do not issue refunds for orders where the package was refused for delivery. Refused packages incur additional costs from the post office for return shipping, which we are unable to absorb.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund without returning the original item.

6. Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. If there are any issues with your refund, please contact us to confirm that we initiated the refund properly on our end. If it was processed correctly, please check with your bank for further information.
